Strategy Execution Coaching

The purpose of strategy execution and implementation coaching is to accelerate progress and increase the probability of future success.

Coaching helps clients address their two biggest risks, the failure to successfully implement change and the inability to execute strategy.

Having worked with hundreds of organizations and leaders, I know not only where the likely implementation pitfalls and execution challenges are, but more importantly how to avoid and/or proactively mitigate them on an individual and organizational level.

Compared to consulting, coaching is more personal and tactical. It can include:

  • Guidance and support to accelerate progress and address implementation and execution challenges

  • Coaching and education to help strengthen and apply critical leadership capabilities

  • Check-ins to monitor progress, identify risks/opportunities, and help develop plans to address them

Coaching arrangements are scoped and customized to meet defined client objectives and needs. This can range from targeted, short-term interventions to longer-term, broader guidance and support for multiple areas/activities. JWC supports its clients to the extent they want and need us. Our goal is not to stay any longer than that.
