I formed Jay Weiser Consulting (JWC), a management consulting firm, in August 2014 to help leaders in middle-market to larger businesses prepare their organizations to thrive in disruptive and uncertain times and improve their ability to execute strategy.

 

Why? Prepared organizations are more resilient. They bounce back faster from disruptions, dampening their downside risk, and pivot to and pounce on opportunities faster, amplifying their upside return. The opposite is also true, often putting an organization's viability at stake.
